SureFit™ guarantee is not 100%. If they make a mistake and blinds don't fit, you have to pay for removal and installation of the replacement blind.
The blinds themselves are fine. They look nice and seem to be made well.
I paid for the SureFit™ guarantee, Installer came in and took the measurement, and everything was fine until one of the blinds was too large.
Even though the installer was here and could do the measurement. He asked me to take the measurement and call it in.
They did send me the replacement blind. but as it turns out I am on my own to remove the old and install the new.
Trent in customer services helped me with some special requests over the phone. These were related to length and width of my cellular shades and single blind. He was knowledgeable and patient. Nice to work with someone like him!
We will be ordering more blinds in the not too distant future when our family room remodel is finished.

SureFit™ guarantee is not 100%. If they make a mistake and blinds don't fit, you have to pay for removal and installation of the replacement blind.

Shady company practices.
Blinds.com sent me the wrong blind color and refused to refund me since they did not have a suitable alternative at the same price. It would be a $600.00 increase for an alternative. Buyer beware.
