Bank5 has been awesome to deal with. Ive gone through Bank5 twice now for a loan and during the whole process I recieved polite, professional and responsive service. Michelle at Bank5 got back to my every email and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Thanks Michelle! Everyone else I was in contact with at Bank5 showed the same level of professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend Bank5. Thanks!

Karen Flynn was wonderful to deal with. Our last refinance was traumatic so we were not looking forward to doing another one, but she made it painless, patiently explaining every step. Thank you for having a wonderful person like her on your team!

María D. Coelho whom is the assistant branch manager at the Fairhaven location is the best!!! Always so patient which is the best customer trait! Whether it’s help with deposits, wires, or online assistance she is always there to guide me with a smile. Thank you so much and you truly are lucky to have someone like her helping run this location.

I went in to just get the routing number to my account and Ashley stepped in and helped learn a little more about the Home Equity loans as I had explained I needed the number in order to close on my home equity loan with another bank. She took down all my info and helped me realize I was better off with a different type of loan then the one I was about to close on! Very grateful for how helpful everyone was .

I went through BankFive for the Energy…

I went through BankFive for the Energy Saver Home Loan Program MA is offering for low to moderate income home owners. The BankFive end of things was super easy! They have an app that works great and makes loan payments simple, too. Everyone at BankFive has answered questions in a timely fashion and been helpful throughout the process, which is new for everyone right now.

I had my debit card compromised so we…

I had my debit card compromised so we closed it I mentioned living out of town I sent the info through the website 2twice spoke with an employee who walked me through filling out a secure email more then 10 days later no card but a letter asking if it was a real address change. Was then informed no card had been ordered so it’s now ordered and I have to wait yet another 10 days to get my card. Not good customer service
