I stumbled upon Apparelbus late last year and I am so glad I did! Not only do I receive my orders in an impressive speed, but I can also rely on great customer service! I have spoken to Jason a few times for additional assistance with an order issue and he was attentive and professional - the issue was addressed in a timely manner which I genuinely appreciated. I have been buying these same caps with the Under Armour logo only because I like the cap brand and fit. I have been paying upward of 35 dollars per cap online. After a little research I found the exact same cap without a logo from Apparelbus for only about 7 dollars. They arrived today and the fit and quality far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely 💯!

The original order was short by 5 shirts. After informing the company, I spoke with Jason, he took care of advising me the warehouse ran out of these shirts prior to receiving my order and that once they are back in stock, they would be delivered. Since I needed them now, he suggested I look again for a replacement and call him back. I did as instructed, found what I needed and called Jason. He set everything up, giving a great discount and let me finish my new order via PayPal. GREAT SERVICE JASON!

Crazy that this company has left it's…

**edited to add this after their response here (but not to my email, phone message or text message)...they don't answer the phone so the response here is literally just them doing PR work.**

Crazy that this company has left it's workflow set up to request reviews.

They sent the wrong products, don't answer email, phone, text or socials.

Consider it a full gamble if you order from them. I will be doing a charge back from my bank for the products that were not received.

All but the customer service..

I want to give all the stars because for the most part it was a good experience. I received my items quickly and the site was easy to use. However, I have to deduct stars for the customer service. I did not receive all of the items in my order and I am still waiting for someone to respond to my multiple attempts at contacting them for a resolution on that last piece of my order.

My experience with ApparelBus was superb, as it was easy to find what I wanted online, payment was relatively effortless, processing time to shipping was quick, and best of all, I received exactly what I ordered in brand new condition. This was my second such experience with ApparelBus, so they are now my "go-to" dealer for purchasing sportswear.

Wow...SCAM

Wow! What a SCAM! Ordered a ton of sweatshirts for a big mental health awareness event because they had reasonable pricing AND a return policy should I not need the entire order. When I was ready to return some items, the website says you need a return approval to send the merchandise back. I emailed them for WEEKS, at least 4 or 5 times. Called their phone number daily (no answer, left several voicemails). ZERO response. I assumed I was scammed at that point and given it was around the holidays and I had no use for the sizes, I donated the sweatshirts instead. MONTHS LATER, Jason, from customer experience, called me back pretending hed be happy to help me w my return. He told me their server went down (huh? even if it did, what does the server have to do w voicemails?) When I told him I no longer had the items and how I tried reaching out to them on more than 10 occasions, including through my credit card company, he told me it was my fault. I made it clear to Jason both myself and all my clients would never be a customer again, and am making sure no one else has this poor of an experience. there are so many better places to order from with the same stock!
