A Bankrupt Online Banking Experience

Sometimes the customer service reps don't always get it right, like deleting or adding necessary information, and some have shown a consistent poor attitude when interacting with me, like having a lack of patience.
But my greatest peeve is their online-banking. It is cumbersome, which causes me confusion and a great deal of frustration.
