The quality was extremely poor and had lots of bubbles on. Customer service took weeks to resolve the issue and then they only partially refunded with a credit note. For the bottoms and not the top. I am told they need to check with the warehouse...every single time I call in. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB and I'm filing a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

Customer service is slow, unresponsive, and unhelpful. You're left in limbo while your parcel travels internationally. For a brand that promotes mindfulness and calm, the actual experience is full of stress and unnecessary hassle.
I won’t be ordering from Alo Yoga again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service.

Recently purchased the butter yellow cardigan and dress . It’s absolutely divine ! The fabric is very soft to touch yet not flimsy and drapes so beautifully.
I had to return the dress because although I am a medium but I have a big fat waist and with the shape of the dress it did not looked good on me . I have tried the large as well but that was too big . The return /refund was processed swiftly although I was a bit apprehensive about sending it back to the US

I requested a return for my order from Alo Yoga and was told the “Return to Sender” process had been initiated. However, two days later, I checked the tracking info and saw that the parcel had already arrived in the UK.

Followed steps for return and still no refund
I purchased the Airlift High Waist Leggings at full price for $128 USD from the website. They were decent quality but are definitely not worth the full price. There are much better quality leggings out there. I followed steps for a return, and I received confirmation from Alo that my return was delivered. Alo states to "allow 2-4 business days for return to be processed. Once return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete. You will be refunded to the selected form of payment within 3-5 business days". It has been over 15 business days and still no refund. I contacted Alo via email with full details on the return and recieved an auto-generated response to provide more information and to wait 4 more business days to follow up. I decided to open a dispute with my bank instead. I should have read the reviews here and BBB first before buying from Alo.

Very expensive for the quality
I've bought multiple sets from them but over the years the quality of the actual workout sets don't feel good and are definitely not worth the price. The lounge/sweat sets are very comfortable but I would also say they aren't worth how pricey it is and would go towards other stores for any workout clothes before I go back to Alo.

Terrible Product and Service
Bought an accolade sweatpant black from the Regent Street store in London.
First time i wore them feet covered in fluff, and even after first wash fluff everywhere from inside.
Customer support are useless, asked for a whole host of information including photos. Sent photos, receipts and a video 4 times and they keep claiming nothing received and i need to change the file format of the photos! Keep asking to speak to supervisor and they refuse. Terrible quality and terrible customer service.

Didn't send the 160€ garments and refused the refund
I have bought plenty of garments from Alo, worth of probably 3k€. There's one yoga pant I like but most of the other clothes have a surprising low quality: they start pilling and loosing their form right away. Worst is the customer service experience. It's almost impossible to make a refund.
Lately I ordered a top and leggings worth 160€ and socks for 16€. They never sent them to DHL. I asked and they send me a package, but only socks were included. 10 unanswered emails to Alo customer service later it was clear I'm not going to get the top+leggings.
I turned all this information to my credot card company so they can get back my lost 160€. Still they have some nerve saying "they got the product so we don't have to pay".
This last experience was just so bad that I decided to finally join the boycott.
It's like Trump's administration: lie and tell pepper that it's actually the truth nowadays

Terrible customer service!
So disappointed. What an average brand. They must spend all their money on marketing and nothing on product quality or customer service. I am still waiting for a an offer I placed on the 12 Feb! So disappointing and such terrible customer service. I wish I could give a zero-star rating.

defective product and alo does not stand behind their product
I purchased a cashmere jet set for over $1200 last August (in the heat if the summer) Within an hour, the first time I wore it in the winter it was extremely uncomfortable and cut into me. I found that the culprit was that the wide waistband for the pants had rolled inside and could not lay flat. I asked for an exchange or a refund and the Alo kept asking for more information - first a picture, later a video - both of which showed the issue clearly. My seamstress said she could not open the waistband to fix it without ruining and that it should have been stitched down. I sent customer service all of this information and they then asked for another video of the entire suit and then ghosted me. I kept on them only to be summarily told that given that it was purchased in August so it was too late for an exchange. I explained this happened in first hour wearing the pants and i never wore them again. They refused to reconsider. They do not stand behind their product and i am out over $1200. I will never purchase from them again.

Shipping takes ages and the price point is ridiculously high just for it to be worse than Lulu. This company is only famous from Kendal Jenner don’t buy into its overpriced clothing when other companies are way better.

I cancelled a product a week before it…
I cancelled a product a week before it was dispatched and apparently there chat bot didn’t cancel the order… so the item was delivered to my house I refused delivery and I am still awaiting refund 2 weeks on and now no one is answering my emails .. awful service and I still have no idea when I will receive my money back … the reason for cancelling this order was that I received an item and I thought it was really bad Quality … I now purchase from Anadola much better service and quality

What a SCAM !!
What a SCAM !!! I paid $170 cad, waited for 1 month, checked delivery which said it was delivered.
I messaged to their customer support on website and to the email which sent me tracking number. They kept saying my email, number do not exist even when I send them screenshots of the order.
Lost $170, no respect, no help, long waiting time. RUN from this place, really bad!!
