We did not have to use the insurance, which is a good thing, but it gave us a peace of mind which is also a good thing.
Fortunately I had no mishaps during my extended stay in Europe but I felt more secure having taken out an insurance policy and will continue to use your services in future.
This was my second time buying from WorldTrips. Their buying process is easy. When I had a health issue, it was easy to file my claim and send in my supporting documentation online, from abroad. I also had some questions and found it easy to reach them by phone.
