After a 2 month wait the sandals are on their way! I ordered them for my mom's birthday in February and they were on back order. I contacted customer service who offered to cancel the order but my mom loved her well worn Wolkys so we decided to wait it out. Customer service continued to keep me posted on the order and , hurray! they are on their way.

it was very easy to navigate your website, however I had trouble trying to edit my billing address which is different than my delivery address. A quick email to your customer service department resulted in a very quick and friendly resolution. It was nice to know there was a real person helping me with my problem and she was so positive.

Still waiting after 2 months

I’ve been wearing Wolky shoes for about 12 years since the first time I met them and I always been happy with the quality, styles, how comfortable they are but also, I would like to mention a PLUS that make me love this brand even more, and is the great customer service.
In my last order, I bought three pairs of sandals and I only received two of them, and I got worried and sent a customer service email and “Mady” was the person who replied me back and she made me realize that the pair missed it was a pre-order product, so, we were in touch for a couple of weeks until the product got released and all the times that I sent an email to follow up this issue, Mady was awesome and patient, the Company is very lucky to have her. I both these Era sandals (on sale!) and already have several and this is my second pair of black ones to use in my weekend house in another state. They are so comfortable to walk long distances in. They give the illusion that the heel I higher then it is. I could not be happier with them . I hope you will continue to make these great sandals.
