Do not waste your money on Faye!
Please, do not waste your money getting insurance with this company. We travel internationally every year. This year however, we were gone for a month and travel with two kids under 2 and decided to get international insurance. Unfortunately we had to use the insurance as my 10 month old had to be in the ICU for 5 days.
It’s been almost 4 months now and the company will not reimburse us. It’s a shame, they keep asking for the same documents and seem to do everything possible to not pay us back. We will definitely not be using them again and I will make sure to tell all my international friends (which is a lot) to not use them because man one of the worst service I have seen in a long time!

So Far So Good....
The online process of obtaining and setting up the insurance policy was relatively straightforward and user-friendly. Additionally, I downloaded the iPhone application, which was intuitive, up-to-date, and provided easy access to my policy and various coverages.
In comparison, I conducted a review with Travelex, Alliance Travel, and Faye. Faye emerged as the most cost-effective option. Although they are a relatively small startup based in Israel, they have recently been recognized as the Startup of the Year and purport to focus on customer satisfaction and the experience.
While I am hopeful that I will not require the insurance during my travels, I will promptly report on any adverse experiences should I encounter them! Happy Trails!

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. I made mistake buying insurance and my suitcase had damaged when I received at the airport. I claimed it and never get back from Faye. Instead of paying this, I would buy new suitcase.

Refund Delay or Stall tactic?
We recently had to cancel our cruise due to my Mom's serious illness. We bought the "cancel for any reason" policy. They still wanted a letter from the doctor, which I did get from Hospice. I was told it would take 3-5 days to get my deposit back once all documents were complete. We waited....and are now waiting for our refund. That is why there are 2 stars. I was finally told today they had a"number wrong" in my bank transfer. Now I am suppose to WAIT again another 3-5 days. This is NOT the way to treat customers. If you make an error after the customer jumps through all of these hoops, you should get their money back to them immediately. A BANK TRANSFER should not take this long. I would NOT recommend this company. It appears they are stalling. The TWO stars are for the staff I spoke with who were all very nice and did try to help

122 days before our trip, I called asking about a refund because we were unable to go on our Viking cruise. I was told I was not in time so no refund would be given for any part of my $1,000+ cost. Read their policy carefully before buying,
