Our experience with White Sands Realty was wonderful. Relocating from Chicago to Naples was emotional and our brokers Steve and Gorana Saner took care of us every step of the way. They helped us understand the various communities and the range of public and private schools. We also learned a lot about the housing market in Naples. Jamie was both efficient and effective. She was also very friendly and helpful in other ways, as we were doing a complete remodel of the condo we purchased.

We lucked out when we found Ryan!
When my husband and I decided to look in Naples, I started searching online for a realtor. That is when I stumbled upon White Sands Realty website and found Ryan Ehmen. He was the perfect realtor from start to finish. He gave my husband and I a detailed tour of Naples. He showed us different neighborhoods and areas to help us make an educated decision as to where we would like to be. I would contact Ryan when I liked a house online and he would go and video the property for us. It was as if we were walking through the house. Ryan was a huge asset to our house hunting and purchase. We couldn't have been more pleased with his services.

Real Estate Purchase & Rental
I purchased a Condo in Naples FL with Mark's help...and did it all from Boston. Mark was great to work with and very helpful in arranging the negotiations, the sale and all the after-the-sale requirements. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to purchase in FL.
I also worked with Crissi (within Mark's office) to rent another property that I have. The experience was great again...a pleasure to work with...they make things easy!!
