I used the coverage before but I could not link the previous policies to buy the new one. I had to dig in old correspondence to find where to but new policy. These two entities (my profile and sales page) should be linked. Everything else was easy.

THIS IS A SCAM! I used the insurance for my dad’s doctor and hospital visits. All the reports came negative (thankfully) but got no coverage from the insurance! I was asked to take down the policy amount and the payables by VisitorInsurance.
Tried reaching them multiple times but only robotic response. Provided all necessary supporting documents to appeal the claim decision but they don’t even review the documents.
