I would like to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding assistance that we received from Ian Holck. We would not be in our home if it was not for the patients and attention to detail that Ian showed during the whole home buying process. My wife and I were homeless and desperately seeking a place to call our own. We submitted our loan paperwork to your company and the moment that Ian got involved our stress level decreased drastically. He took the time to always answer our questions and ensured we understood the process at every step. At one point we thought we had lost the home but in a matter of a day he was able to turn the whole thing around and we were approved for our home. First time homebuyer and veterans loans really went above and beyond for us, highly recommend! I was talking to at least 5 different lenders but Brent really connected with us and our needs and went that extra mile to explain every detail to us and even helped scrutinize other offers I had to give us the best deal. He was always there when we called or texted, and that really is what sold us. Some of the other big lenders were hard to get ahold of and moved slow. Brent and Ian and his team were highly responsive, great communicators, positive and professional always. It was very easy to get them documents and I will definitely be using them again in future. As a first time homeowner and member of the military, I was advised to go with Brent for my home loan. I will say it was a great experience and I would highly recommend going through VeteransLoans. Brent started off the process with me and was helpful in explaining how everything went, providing estimates that were very helpful for my final numbers. Ian did a great job as well when I got to the underwriting/closing part of the home buying process. I am sooo bad with leaving reviews, but I wanted to MAKE SURE, that I actually left a review. Although I am months late, I didn't forget. I had THE BEST experience with Brent and Ian. From the beginning Brent was soooo responsive and helpful. Even checked in on me and realized I was VERY unhappy with my realtor and help connect me a realtor he had worked with before, Robin, who was AWESOME!!!! If it wasn't for this team of people, we wouldn't have gotten a home. I never felt like I was unimportant or like they were too busy for me. Ian was so great at staying in communication and walking us through the process. I would definitely recommend them 100%!
