I am blown away by the customer service that US Mobile provided to me via Adnan and Abbas. I was at a loss in how to reactivate my phone which I had neglected payment on. Blown away at the outstanding customer service that I received via a Chat line! Chat lines are 99% of the time nothing but canned, unhelpful responses, but yours is the 1% that was truly aware of my exact account and needs despite my confusion regarding my account. I am so grateful and impressed. Thank you US Mobile,! Thank you Adnan! Thank you Abbas! God bless you all✝️🙂

Customer service is always GREAT! Bilal Ahmed was very patient as we tried to fix an eSIM problem. Well over an hour later, Bilal was still with me as we finally moved the phone from Tracfone (GGGGrrrrr) to glorious US Mobile.

I have used US Mobile on and off for a few years, they make it very easy to snooze your line while keeping the same number. Their customer service staff has always been very helpful, for example when I wanted to change my plan and couldn't figure out how to do it myself. Most recently, I re-activated it because it was only $3/mo for international calling, which is cheaper than the normal phone plan I use.

3 years now with US Mobile and can't be…

3 years now with US Mobile and can't be happier. 1st the price. Is so much cheaper than wasting money with the big carriers. 2nd support. They had Pixel 9 XL for a ver good price, bough one, changed my mind, cancel the order, money back. All good.

Needed help setting APNs to get my…

Needed help setting APNs to get my phone to work with US Mobile service for phone calls and mobile data. It was a fairly long process, but the service rep, Muhammad Zeeshan, patiently walked me through everything step by step. I was able to make phone calls and get my mobile data working by the end of the night. Great service 24/7.

Areesha Nayer is fantastic!

Areesha Nayer thoroughly read and understood my issue. Promptly helped me merge mine and a family member’s accounts. After that they even helped ensure I got a refund for my silly failed previous attempts that incurred charges. The prompt service, stupendous communication and diligent attention to detail really makes this top among the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had.

I was having a lot of trouble because MMS wasn’t working, but I was able to resolve it through the US Mobile website’s customer support. A representative named Areesha Nayer was incredibly kind and explained everything thoroughly and in great detail. I truly commend her.

I needed to get an new sim card to get the promo.price and Zohair was fantastic. I couldn't fiqure out how to order the dark star card on the app.
In very short time on chat he had everything finalized .
