Ugh, Uplight rolled in all smooth talk about slashing my energy bill. Seemed too good to be true, and guess what? IT WAS. Did their whole spiel, installed some gadgets, and crickets? My bill? Still sky high. Tried to get some help from them, but nada. Useless! Uplight's all smoke and mirrors. Don't bother, you'll just end up frustrated and broke. Find a different company, trust me!
