For me, it’s the store associates that have been the most positive thing about my experience. They’re super helpful, super supportive, and they don’t try to upsell me. They listen to what I want and what I’m looking for, and they respect my style. Honestly, it’s their decency that helped me solidify a new wardrobe. That’s why I return to the store whenever I visit the Mall of America.
First of all, I love True Classic. Their clothes fit great and are incredibly comfortable. But I've been on a weight loss journey, so I had to do an exchange recently. When I emailed their customer service department, they got back to me in MINUTES with a personalized response. I have never seen customer service that fast. Impressive!
I've been on the hunt for shirts that fit my gorilla-like frame—broad shoulders, long arms, and a long torso. The line of tall products has been game-changing for me. The active shirts for the gym, the cotton crew for home, and the new Pima cotton line for social settings are the only shirts in my dresser now. All of them perfect shirts.
From the beginning to the end, the service + experience was amazing. It's so easy to place an order & it arrived within days. I swear I ordered it Friday then by Tuesday I already had it! The quality is top level, worth every penny. I've ordered more than once, both tshirts & henleys. I've had the tshirts for almost 2.5 years, the colors are still vibrant & look new. I just got new henleys which fit my boyfriend perfectly, he loves them. Another great experience yet again. Definitely recommend 10/10! Even their customer service is wonderful & so easy to reach. They solve any concerns & answer my questions in a timely manner. It's genuinely one of the best online shopping & experiences I've had.

I placed an order with True Classic, but the only items I really wanted were canceled due to a warehouse issue. I didn’t get a heads-up or option to adjust — just an automatic refund. The rest of the order didn’t matter to me, and now I’m left disappointed. Great product, but poor communication and customer experience this time.

Very prompt response to a question and helpful reply. No fuss, no hassle just great customer service.
This time I went for the scooped T shirts but i feel the straight t shirts I have are better. Not that they are a bad purchase, but for me I should have stuck with the straight ones. The material is slightly thinner.

Thee tee's wash well, iron well, remain soft, thats a big plus. They hold their shape and i am extremely pleased with my purchase. Initially bought 5, but will buy more.

After I purchased a pair of shorts online, I got an e-mail two hours later that my order had changed and a second much smaller pair was also added. I never ordered this second pair and when I raised it to the customer service team, they didn't do anything to help. Instead, I had to wait to receive both pairs then return the smaller one that I NEVER ORDERED in order to get my money back. I won't be shopping with this company again. Very deceitful tactics.

The clothing is fantastic and performs exactly as advertised, deserving a solid five stars. However, the shipping process was disappointingly slow compared to what I'm accustomed to. The delay made it difficult to plan around its arrival.
Additionally, my experiences with customer support via chat have been frustrating. On both occasions, I was asked to hold while being connected to someone who could assist, but help never came. This lack of effective communication from support leaves much to be desired. Overall, while the product quality is excellent, improvements in logistics and customer service are necessary.

I ordered six V-neck Tshirts and when they arrived, they were all too big. Specifically, the V-neck neck holes were too big for me. So I tried to return them but they would only take back 3 of the 6 Tshirts! Even though they were all the exact same V-neck Tshirt but in a different color. What a waste of money. I would never purchase from this company again.

Shirt does not fit and they will not take a return to fix the issue. I hope they enjoyed the $22 because it will be ALL they get from me.
Update. They were very responsive to my issue and immediately issued a gift card to cover the cost of the T shirt. I will try another one and see how it goes.

To start I hate buying t shirts but I love wearing t shirts. Normally if the length is right it’s wrong in the chest or shoulders/neck area. If it’s perfect everywhere else it’s too short or rides up. If a t shirt meets all the criteria it’s usually like wearing a box. I ordered 6 XL t shirts and 2 hoodies and these shirts fit perfect. Hug the shoulders/trap and neck area great, perfect length, hide my dad bod great without looking like I’m wearing a shoebox. Material and quality feel fantastic. I hope they hold up for a long time but I’m sold, these are better than advertised! I’m 6’0 245lbs. Great purchase.

Shirts are very soft. I like the shirts, just variance in the size. I ordered a 12 pack with Vs, Polos and crews. Some fit awesome, some a little big, some are too small of each shirt type. Wish there was more consistency in the sizing. To me the variance makes it not worth any more than value of a Hanes shirt pack other than the material is softer.
