Overall, the items were good, except for some slate. It was extremely rusty and honestly looked like something I could have broken off from my garden pavement. I reached out to the company regarding this issue, but after 4 days, I still haven't received a response to my ticket.

Is it not possible to give minus stars? , Bought a 650 xxl and soon it leaked on all sides af the bottom. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will regret it.

1. Bought $1.99 snail with $28 shipping. 2. It was delivered to the wrong address. 3. I wrote a lot of bad reviews. 4. It finally got delivered to me. 5. I asked about it having a chip in the shell and it not moving. 6. They said I had to remove the bad reviews before they would help me.

While I did have an issue with my order, the customer service was elite. They were quick to reply and to make things right. While I don't anticipate needing their products in the future, I would consider trying them again if needed.

Ordered 50 Live River Shrimps with next business day delivery — received them within 24 hours in excellent packaging. All shrimps arrived alive, healthy, and very active. Super impressed with the quality and service. Will definitely order again in the future!

Contrary to the claim on their home page, you are anything but a "friend." Normal people and business's actually communicate with their "friends." I strongly urge any prospective customers to read the reviews and take them to heart when considering dealing with this company. I was fooled by the flowery vernacular and lengthy disclaimer posted on the “contact us” page. This disclaimer speaks of their process and that they will only ship on certain days so to avoid the packages sitting over a weekend. You are refer you to view the shipping schedule prior to attempting any inquiry. Spoiler alert- the schedule is Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Then the only option provided is to contact the company is via email. However; when you send an email, you are notified that they try to answer the emails within 48 hours but have taken up to 5 days. Looking at past reviews, it appears 5 days is more on the faster side of responses. I conducted a review search and found a link that provided a phone number; however, that leads to an international call center where you have 2 options. 1 buy more unrelated stuff or 2, not talk to an actual person in the company who will hang up on you. I foolishly placed a $150.00 order with AZ Gardens on Jan 24, 25. They were quick to process my funds, then provided an auto response email verifying they received my request and took my money. Two weeks later, and no follow up communications nor receiving my purchased items. I inquire into the status of my order via my profile. Under my profile, I find an undated invoice reading as having a status of “completed.” It was then that I started researching the reviews and looking for a phone number to contact them. I discovered the only option being the email which I sent, then the disclaimer about the timeframe for response. They did not respond within the first 24 hours. Upon further searching I found the number provided on a different website leading to the call center. This was wreaking of being a scam. I eventually sent a demanding email canceling my order and requesting a refund on threat that if I do not receive a response within the 48 hours I would be taking legal actions. Low and behold, they finally responded within an hour of sending the email. - proof they read them… they just choose to ignore you. The response was “order canceled, order refunded.” There is no semblance of a interested legit business person in operation here. No explanations, no attempts to mitigate, not even a hint towards an apology. The flowery persona is a complete ruse. Your money is their only interest. If I could give less than a star rating, it would be given as very well deserved. Be warned.

Had a little miscommunication with the app not saying that the light I ordered was out of stock. Taylor on the customer support team was EXTREMELY helpful with getting my return/refund figured out since half of my order had already been delivered. Customer service like that shouldn’t go unnoticed. GREAT JOB TAYLOR!
