We saw this perfect entrance way table and fell in love! Immediately ordered it and received it 3 days later!! Easy to put together. Easy to use the website. Tribesigns notified us of shipping and delivery dates. Great experience!
**EDIT* Kelly with Tribesigns reached out and went above and beyond to ship replacements. Response times were fantastic, and she was so gracious. I'd highly recommend considering Tribesigns for your purchase. I was not expecting this level of responsiveness and would not have been surprised to receive no response.
Orignal review -- Both boards (part# 03) were damaged - both cracked about two feet into each side. I can’t tell if this was during shipment or prior. One metal support leg also dented.
I am ok with the end tables, however, my order got messed up and I reordered them within a short time frame to what i actually wanted and then called to see if they could cancel the first order I placed...she said it was done and I would be getting the ones I wanted...that didn't happen she canceled the wrong ones after confirming a couple times even. I called after I noticed the mess up and was told to just send them back when the truck got there and they would resend the ones I wanted well couple problems with that number one when they delivered them he said they couldn't take them back without me getting the return form and putting on them and second when I opened them there's no return form in there so I ended up just keeping them like I said I'm okay with them but I'm not happy with them

Delivery of the storage cabinet went well. I was able to track the delivery and it arrived on time.
Putting the cabinet together (2 0f us) however went fine until we got to the curved "hood". It is made of metal. The curved pieces did not line up and we broke a part trying to force it together. All of the necessary pieces and hardware were complete in the kit, with a few extra screws, etc. The instructions are fairly easy to follow.
I have contacted customer service for help. I got an immediate response and offer to replace the broken part for free. I am impressed with the clear and timely solution.
This is NOT a 2-3 hour project, as some reviewers claimed, but the process is worth it for an attractive cabinet.

The furniture is good. It looks great. It's about medium quality. The style is really nice, though. Some imprecision made it hard to assemble, i.e. misalignment of the holes for screws and stuff. Some instructions were missing for one of the pieces of furniture, but we got ahold of the company and they sent us instructions lightning fast. I took away a star for the assembly problems with alignment accuracy.
