Before my phone contact with Travel Defenders, I had researched a number of insurance plans online. It was all very confusing as I was receiving conflicting information.
I then made phone contact with Felicia F.
She was so easy to talk to. By answering a few questions, Felicia was able to quote a price for members of my family. She was thorough in what the plan would cover plus she emailed me the information that needed to be printed.
What originally seemed like an overwhelming chore, with Felicia's help, suddenly became easily accomplished.

Spoke with an agent named Don who was very knowledgeable about the insurance product and answered all my questions. He offered to transact the purchase on the phone. Very pleasant and efficient. It was nice not to have to go through hoops to speak to a human being! We're not anticipating the need for services, but if we do, we hope the insurance company will be this efficient.

the 1,500 positive reviews on TrustPilot. some of the
travel insurance companies wanted $3,000 for what
we got for less than $800. no, we don't expect to
cancel our cruise at all, but i'm 80 when we leave!
