From the moment I sent a custom design request, communication was quick, responsive, and involved an actual human on the other side. Fabrication and delivery was even faster than I expected. There was a fabrication error that I was able to resolve quickly and satisfactorily due to their responsiveness. The company was gracious and made things right. Overall a wonderful experience throughout every process. Would highly recommend.

Rhett Guthrie of Timberplates provided the orignal drawings to me in 2022- at no charge and with no expectation
*such cutomer service is few and far between now days
3 years later, I finally started and finished the project- the design I used was from the advice and communication provided by Timberplates

Laurel was great to work with over the phone and email. She helped us problem solve some offset bolt holes we needed specially made. Everything arrived quickly and looks and feels great!
We are looking forward to installing our many T3s and L3 in the next couple weeks.
