Honestly, I love Three nails, when it comes to buying all black outfits.
I decided to venture out and buy the new color: Midnight Navy, for leggings, joggers, fleece hoodie, shorts and longline s
ports bra. none of the clothes, being the same color, matched.
Yes I understand that using different materials don’t always come out the same color but it is important to make it the same color if it was the same material. It doesn’t look right when pairing the nova pocket leggings I bought with the fleece hoodie, as the colors are so different from each other. Even trying to pair the liner shorts with the longline sports bra didn’t look right.

Again, I’m disappointed that for it being labeled the same color, it isn’t

I absolutely love your clothing and give it a 5 star, but the shipping tracker is horrible. The “shop app” stinks and never gives the right date for arrival. There is zero notification where the package is at in the delivery process. How can other companies advise where the delivery is at?

The ordering process was seamless, the quality is excellent, and the sale was a welcome addition. I have an apparel background which makes me pretty finicky. I'm definitely going to refer to family and friends.

Our policy lasts 60 days after delivery. If 60 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange. If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. Please include the packing slip with your order number. If you ordered a hat(s) please send it back in the box it came in to avoid damage. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Original tags must be attached. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted. It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch). ALL jewelry/sock sales are final. There will be no returns/refunds offered on jewelry/socks.

My son loves his sweatshirt from Three…

My son loves his sweatshirt from Three Nails. The shipping takes FOREVER, though. The label gets made, but both times I’ve ordered, the product doesn’t leave the company for over a week. Then, whichever company they ship takes the most circuitous route to arrive. Overall, it’s 3 weeks-month before packages are received.

Shipping delays!

Well, I ordered 4 items 9 days ago and haven’t received any updates. None of the items have shipped. Nothing to track yet. It’s strange and disappointing that nothing has happened yet. It would be nice if there was communication about the delay. Ironically I received this survey about Three Nails, so I can speak to the shipping delays but not the product itself.

After multiple attempts,I am not receiving shipping updates or response from my email regarding shipment. Shop app has said my order is expected to arrive between 7-9 pm for 5 days. I am disappointed with the lack of e-mail and shipment updates.
