DO NOT buy an EV from them if you want the $4000 used electric vehicle federal tax credit. They will tell you it's your responsibility to claim it on your taxes, but that is NOT correct. Dealer has to submit VIN to IRS within 3 days of purchase and provide buyer with form 15400 Clean Vehicle Seller Report or you loose the ability to claim IRS rebate. Unacceptable that they either do not understand the used car credit (it's been around for almost 2 years now) and are misinforming buyers or they are just plain lying to buyers. Both are unethical business practices.

You made a fair offer in a timely manner. You also called me to make sure everything was acceptable. None of the other dealers called. This is probably more important to those that are over 50. The younger ones never had personalized service.
