Your site has fabulous finds at ridiculous prices!!! I decided to consign some of my own bags and watches and the service has been excellent. I dealt with Madeline, who was friendly and professional. She worked with me and arranged to have the concierge van to pick up my items. Your app is dangerous though- to my wallet since I keep finding new bags or watches that I really must have.
I find The RealReal merchandise in excellent condition and priced at a great cost. The wrapping is extremely packaged discreetly to prevent stolen merchandise. I will continue to buy my handbags from TRR.

Shoes were as described. The package did arrive without the shoe bags that were in the description. When I spoke to them they were immediately able to offer a discount. U would say it was a good client experience.
On TRR I found the perfect small wallet for the new bag I recently purchase. I love the large selection of merchandise. I love that you do have a return policy. However, I think the shipping charge is too high especially for small items like my tiny wallet. The other thing is that I haven’t received emails when I’ve asked to be notified if a certain sold item comes in again.

Not happy at all with this platform, the pricing and commission is terrible, you can make more money selling on what would be considered lower end platforms, I won’t be buying or selling with them again.

I placed two orders with the Real Real which arrived in three separate packages within 5-6 days. I tried on all of the items and some marked XS fit while others marked “S” were too small. I returned a number of the items but kept 5 dresses. All were quality items and well priced. It was fairly easy to make the returns in the 14 day time frame. I did have to reach out on customer service to get the labels because it wasn’t sent initially to my email account. The online rep quickly solved the problem and I proceeded with my return. My only comment is that I had to return in 3 packages as I had three return labels. Seems to me it would have been less expensive for The Real Real to send one label and let me package everything together. CB

I was very pleased with the Burberry wallet I purchased the price was excellent, and the ongoing communication from The RealReal made the buying experience smooth. I could tell care was taken in packaging, and it was shipped promptly, which I really appreciated.
However, I’m very disappointed with the delivery experience through UPS. The package was left on the side of a shared driveway, completely exposed and vulnerable to being stolen or even run over. It would’ve taken very little extra effort to deliver it to my front door, but instead, it felt careless and lazy.
Additionally, I wish there had been an option to select USPS or another delivery service during checkout. That flexibility could’ve helped avoid this issue.
While I’ll likely continue shopping with The RealReal due to the quality and professionalism of their service, I strongly urge the company to reconsider their shipping partner or advocate more responsible delivery practices from UPS.

The description of the item I purchased was misleading and despite checking the measurements against jeans that I own the fit was not as described. The refund I received back was barely 50% of what I paid, much less than when I last time I had to return an item to The RealReal.

My history with The Real Real hasn't been great..... I've been stuck with clothing items that weren't as described....both undisclosed damage and incorrect measurements....Too bad for me because these items are not returnable...And an even bigger rub is your awful customer service.
When I do take a chance it is always with trepanation.....
