My Dog always smells stinky even we gave her a wash every 2 weeks.I tried a lot of probiotics, fish oil and a lot of home remedies. But this probiotics is so amazing, because after giving her for almost 3 months. She doesn't smells stinky anymore. Even my husband notice that she doesn't smell like before. Thanks petlab

I have an Amstaff with horrible skin allergies. I give her the probiotic and skin allergy chews. With her size i have to buy 2 each of both products monthly. As this product does help it doesnt resolve her itchy issues. And because this product is expensive i was hoping it would stop her itching and resolve her issues but it hasnt. Shes been on this for about 3 months now.

Got ProBright a couple of months ago for my Bella’s teeth. First 30 days didn’t see much of a difference but half way into the second tub and it really is starting to show. Her poos are less runny too since using it. For people saying they didn’t sign up for a subscription - they need to put their glasses on - it’s very clear on the website if you’re subscribing or just buying the once.

I have been purchasing the Probiotic chews, Joint Care Chews and the Pro Bright for my 12 year old Labrador Retriever for several years and I do believe that the contribute to her overall health. I walk her twice a day and I believe the joint chews help with that and the Pro bright keeps her teeth white!

Scams all around

Ordered and they signed us up for subscription we didn’t agree to and changed the interval to every 30 days without our consent when we ordered 90 day supply. The order never shipped- we kept reviewing tracking. One day, it magically said it had shipped but was destroyed in CA. We live in UT.
After multiple emails & several phone calls that go unanswered & 10 days of trying to reach them, we submitted a claim to BBB. It seems this is their game based on other reviews. We did receive one email that seemed to be automated, stating “they would look into this.” Their phones are a joke and say the entire company is on spring break and you can’t leave a VM. What a scam.
Even if you like the product, the company shouldn’t profit on scamming people who don’t know they are signed up for a subscription and don’t watch their tracking like I do.

Been using PetLab Co dental formula on…

Been using PetLab Co dental formula on my 5 year old beagle for 3 plus years. He went to the vet and he was shocked my boy had never had a dental cleaning. His teeth were great the vet said!!!! Also, I see how white they are.

I did not order a subscription yet a…

I did not order a subscription yet a second order came, I called and it was difficult to get acknowledgment that I have called. I was disconnected several times. Phone calling is useless. I think I got my Unauthorized subscription canceled on line. I’ll find out when I get my credit card.
I was gonna order the allergy product, but I am not now that I have seen all the reviews

I am on my 10th bottle

I am on my 10th bottle, I tired to give it a shot but it doesn't work. I have spent $300+ to see no results very disappointing

do not order from this company I have…

do not order from this company I have been trying to return one of their items 3 large jars of allergy and immune to call them it's over a hour wait on phone try to send a email.cannot send it please don't buy from them I should of read reviews first because I am not the only one having problems getting to this company

Ordered 1 tub of probiotics to help…

Ordered 1 tub of probiotics to help with my 11year old dogs digestive system, they made him have horrendous constipation.
I bought one tub to try,and it was not a monthly subscription.
I was looking at my bank account they have taken another payment I didn't authorise.
I have tried to contact by phone, leaving a message and 2 emails but they are not replying, shocking customer service.
I have now received another pot which I didn't order
How do I get my money back for an item I did not order .
I will return their package tomorrow un opened.

Buyer beware

This company will be involved in a law suit if not already because of their deceptive marketing and auto-ship practices. Customer service is nonexistent except for their canned responses to all of these 1 star reviews. Stay away! The product didn’t even work and returns are impossible. Chewy is the place to shop, easy returns, great customer service.

How much iodine is in ProBright Advanced

I have been using the ProBright advanced for several months with my 3 dogs. I do notice a difference in their teeth. I also brush their teeth. However, I feed a raw diet carefully balanced to NRC or AAFCO standards and as such, I supplement with kelp for iodine. PetLab has refused to answer emails regarding my query about the amount of iodine in their product so it is unclear how much I need to supplement, or even discontinue my kelp supplement. I do like the product but I don't think I will be re-ordering.

It appears that there might have been a communication gap, as we have not received any communication from you about the iodine in our ProBright Advanced. Iodine is a known constituent of brown algae, one of the active ingredients in ProBright Advanced. The information listed on the product label is the extent of the information we have available.

While iodine is an important element in most dogs' diets, those with thyroid issues or other rare conditions have specific diet requirements. My experience on my dog's teeth

My dog's teeth seem to be cleaning really well. I'm glad I don't need to use the tooth brush now as he always manages to squirm away if I show him that. His coat is nice and shiny too.
