I have 3 pairs of exercise pants that fit perfectly, are extremely comfortable, and have lasted for several years and many, many washings. I purchased the same product as gifts for my sister and daughter-in-law -- obviously I'm a fan of the product! I recently purchased a pair of casual pants thinking they would be good for upcoming travel. The style did not suit me. I emailed to request a refund, received a same-day response, and opted for a gift card (no return of the casual pants required). I know I will use the gift card at some point. It's a bit disappointing not to have a free, full refund, return option, but the quality of the clothes makes up for this inconvenience.

I made a purchase of 7 items. I love them but 4 of them need to be replaced. I email customer service and they helped me with the replacement immediately. Excellent customer service, excellent products, nice fabric and colors. I definitely buy more outfits from you and recommend my friends to try the brand. Thanks so much IUGA team!

I received my leggings very quickly, within just a few days of ordering them! I did need to exchange for a different size, I emailed the company and got an immediate response.... they were very attentive and very easy to work with! I will definitely be ordering more products!

These are the most comfortable leggings that I have! They really enhance my shape but are not restrictive or too tight. In addition, this is an incredible company to work with. I needed to return an order because I wasn’t paying attention and ordered the wrong size. They are sending me the correct size free and have asked me to donate the pair that I had planned to return. Amazing! I will continue to order from here!

I bought the compression legging with tummy control.
Love them. They are not uncomfortably too tight. They stayed up during my workout. I did buy a second pair size S, they sent a completely different style of flared leggings Medium. I called customer service and they sent the correct style without a hassle. So happy I found this company.

I found these leggings at a thrift store and now I buy them online. Once I put them on they do not move until I take them off. I love that in workout pants. I recently had ordered the wrong size and was promptly responded to the next day as if they were the ones who made the mistake. I will be a forever customer. Hopefully the next time I order it will be a size SMALL!!!

Love these tights and all of the different versions they come in. None of them are see-through and they wash very well. Customer service is amazing!

Both the fabric and construction are of the highest quality, comparable to much higher priced leggings. True to size, color as depicted online is very accurate. Their customer service is also top notch - I had a question and they responded promptly. Can't say enough positive about the company abd it's products

I bought six sports bras from IUGA. The bras are comfortable and functional, but my experience with their return policy was frustrating. Their website promises a full refund, but I was only given a partial refund because their warehouse is in a remote location, making returns costly for them. Their "convenient alternative solution" clearly favored them, not me.

For a multi-item purchase, this was especially disappointing. The product quality is decent, but the lack of transparency and failure to honor their policy is unacceptable. 2/5 stars—proceed with caution and clarify their return policy before buying.

I ordered one of each of the long pants, the capris and the shorts and they are all amazing. For me, the fit is perfect. They are very soft And well made. There was a mixup in the shipping but customer service was able to resolve the issue. They respond very quickly. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely buy again

I ordered different styles to see how I liked them. When some didn’t fit me the way I wanted, I email and asked to exchange them. The customer service team responded quickly and asked me which style I was wanting and what color and said they would ship them out immediately. Very friendly and helpful! Will order again from this company

I love these leggings. I have 3 of the fleece lined and they are so soft and not bulky. I also have 7 of their leggings with pockets. They have just the right amount of compression. They are soft and comfortable.
