Experience was good. First pair we received didn’t fit, shoe was narrow, Sent email to request a link for refund, response was quick, link sent and they offered to send replacement in another size and we keep original pair. Received replacement in larger size. They fit great we love the design and quality and customer service was quick and efficient. Would recommend and will order again. Original pair were donated.
Ordered Fitville V1 walking shoes (mens) size eleven and a half (UK.) Order arrived and shoe tongue indicated size 12.However the shoes fitted apart from being very slightly slack around the heel of the left foot for which I purchased a heel grip. I find the shoes comfortable and supportive.I have foot overpronation and hope that this will improve with the wider fit (x2)
I’m loving the shoes…the width and support are perfect for my extra wide feet and plantar fasciitis. Super comfortable and no longer coming home from my long 12 hours shifts with my feet screaming for mercy. Perfect shoe for me… I’ve been struggling with edema and having a hard time tying my shoes due to the swelling & sciatica so the slip on and Velcro style have been amazing! It’s no longer a painful struggle to put on shoes! I have now bought a second pair for my 62-yr-old husband who also has extra wide and flat feet who has been barely able to walk when he gets off work. He is loving them as well!
Not great it's taking two and half to three weeks for the two different shoe orders placed I wanted boat shoes to wear on Easter. So who knows when two boat shoes and black walking sandles will get here. Stuff taking forever from u temu other places to get delivered so I'm not happy I pray all three of these shoe fit I have a very fat left foot so I ordered 2 extra wide width boats shoes and in black walking sandle.

These shoes where a good fit for me I weigh 400 pounds and they have held up great feet feel great they are to good to be true I just hope you guys keep this great price available good job fitville I'll be back again again and again

Great customer service with this company. I bought a pair for my mom and it was too small, so I reached out to figure out how to return/place a new order. They made it easy by just sending a new pair. I realize other reviews mention going up a size. Now that we know, we plan on getting a few more pairs.

Good experience. I purchased shoes for my wife who has swollen feet due to poor mobility. I had to return the 1st pair as they were too large and replacement shoes were sent FOC without quibbling.
These shoes are so easy to put on her swollen feet and the burgundy colour is great.
