Our church has been using First Student for trips for a while now. I used at other bus companies, but have always come back to First Student because of their rates. Their customer reps are very polite and easy to deal with. Their response time is great, and their drivers are reliable and very polite.

Company has charged me twice for a trip taken May 2024, when I booked another ride February 2025 they double dipped from my account. Went through all the paperwork and provided all factual evidence to support, TWICE!! Both times they sent a reply acknowledging their mistake with a promise to refund my account. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED! How many more people has this happened too?
