Terrible service. I ordered a 4mm guage ring and received a 3.2mm. When I complained they asked me to send a picture of how I measured it (apparently didn't beleive me), which is sent; a picture of the ring held in a guage-measure showing the size received. I have yet to hear back from them - they're ignoring my emails and I have not had a replacement or refund, so I'm going to have to go to my bank to have the charge returned. Terrible service, terrible company. Don't order from them - I never will again.

Do not go here. I got my tragus pierced and the piercer admitted the placement was off while doing it, but said it would probably heal fine. It didn’t — it ended up ripping through my ear and was incredibly painful. Nothing snagged it — it tore purely because it was done wrong. I sent them a photo of the rip and they told me the placement looked fine, even though their own piercer admitted at the time that it wasn’t. They offered me a free piercing to make up for it, so I made an appointment… only to get a call the day of saying the piercer no longer works there. Wildly unprofessional. Go literally anywhere else.
