The brace just slides off my dog's bum, it does not stay in place! How is this supposed to work when it doesn't stay in place?! How can I possibly get every single dog hair off it now to return it? I have to try it on my dog so that request is unreasonable in my opinion. I was also charged a duty/tax charge to receive the item.
I ordered a leg brace and harness. The harness was too small. Returned for a larger size. They mailed it USPS and sent me a tracking number. The tracking number says it was delivered to my house, but it was not. I did not receive it! They will not replace or refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered the brace according to their sizing diagram the brace was too big. We sent it back,clean,no dog hair etc for a full refund, which they agreed upon. They sent a medium back which we did not want now they will not take the brace back and will not refund us ,this is a shady company so beware if you are going to do business with them,very disappointed!!!! and I try to buy American products
Surgery wasn’t an option for us. This brace gave our dog relief without breaking the bank.
