I don't have time for this repeating over and over my complaint, being given "the correct CS contact info (218-304-4949) only to find that person is not available. I sent 2 emails since April 11th explaining my complaints to your Synoshi .com address...same address from whom I keep getting reminders to rate with stars your product.

The purchasing and checkout section were quick and straightforward. My only issue is that the extra brush head options should be marketed on the main site instead of hidden in a “bonus” section AFTER you’ve already made a purchase.

Scam - steer well clear.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Absolute scam. Items never arrived, lat email sent to them (responding to a mail they sent to me!) on 08/04 & was totally ignored.
Case opened with Klarna to block funds being paid.
Avoid at all costs.
