I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I could take the equity out to payoff my chapter 13bankruptcy, and I was told by several lender this is not possible. Well, they were wrong, I did my research and this is when I met Erik Rogers with Refi.com. Erik informed me I could refinance my mortgage and he provided me with all the information I needed to start the process. He knew which lenders to contact and provided all the paperwork I needed to start the process. We ran into a couple of snags along the way, but Erik did not give up on the process and he continued looking for a lender that would work with me. He found a lender and I did refinance my mortgage. He did an amazing job helping me through the whole process and every time I had a question he was right there to answer them. I am truly grateful for all of Erik's help. The only was I can sum this up is Erik Rogers is a rock star!!!

Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Ms Ross would call with any updates or if any paperwork needed to be signed. Ms. Ross was courteous and kind and the process was the fastest I've ever seen. Ms. Ross made it her mission to ensure that all questions that I may have had were answered and if there was anything I didn't understand she took the time out to help me understand it. If you ever need a refi or anything to do with home loans for your home, you need to contact Rachel Ross and her refi team she is very personable, she not only cares about your loan process and that everything is clear but also cares for you as a person I've never been a refinance where I've been treated this well, I really appreciate Rachel even though we didn't end up doing the business because of situations I'm going through right now and some other issues but she's amazing I would recommend her 100% for any of your refinancing or loan needs.

Michelle Wright at Refi.com is the best , my refi was a bit different then a typical refinance. We were not only refinancing our home but also removing one person from the deed and adding two more to the deed. Michelle worked her magic and got everything done for us including our insurance, Michelle definitely got us everything we wanted . Michelle was so helpful with purchasing our first home! She was very responsive and informative through out the whole process. Damian is a "licensed loan advisor" who does not like to be "cut-off" (his words). He is arrogant and comes off as a real jerk. I tell these jokers all the time that I have sold both of my homes, moved to FL, don't have a mortgage, and have asked to be removed from their list, but they don't understand English or are just plain stupid. Quit Calling Me Please!!!!
