It was great when it worked. I was charged for- and provided proof the charge was withdrawn from my bank on 4/13, but I had to re-submit9 and be charged again in order to obtain the bond on 4/1. Once I re-submitted, the bond acquisition process was quick.
Still waiting on refund of original charge.
It would be helpful if your email mentioned the name of your business. CustomerCare is too generic and used by too many companies, so tends to be ignored or deleted.
Had an immediate need for a surety bond. Logged in to begin process and then called in for more clarity and the response time and resolve were almost instantaneous. GREAT service!!!
