The shoes were sold by a verified seller and was verified by stock x anddd I got my product :D but for some reason it said shipping was delayed for like days but it ended up coming in two days. So tracking details were a bit off but it was good 😚

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with StockX and won’t be using the platform again. I reached out to cancel a sale before the item was verified, but they took so long to respond that by the time I heard back, it was already too late — and their response was basically “too bad.”
What’s the point of having customer service if you completely ignore time-sensitive requests? This lack of urgency and care is incredibly frustrating. I followed the process, reached out in time, and was still brushed off with a generic response.
StockX clearly doesn’t prioritize their customers once a transaction is in motion. Very disappointing experience from what’s supposed to be a reputable platform.
