I have been waiting on my Daugter's prom dress and it has not arrived. It said it would be here on 4/15/25. Yesterday said out for delivery estimated delivery 4/16/25 now this morning it says out for delivery again with no date. we are stressed to the max as we need her dress. I have read nothing but bad reviews and were now really scared. PROM IS SATURDAY I NEED MY DRESS ASAP
Update: MY PACKAGE FINALLY DID ARRIVE AT ABOUT 4:30 AM.

My package had "failed delivery attempts" to my home address with an open driveway and in an open community in MD. Tracking then showed that it went back to NJ facility and was again out for delivery two days later. 24 hours it was back "out for delivery" again, before it finally arrived on top of my mailbox out in the rain.
They solved my problem and are trying to ensure that my package arrives in a timely manner.

My package has been out for delivwry since 4/18/22 and has yet to arrive. I was able to chat once and they said to wait and now the chat option is blcoked.

Marked as delivered but was not delivered
I was supposed to receive two packages today. The first one was delivered around noon—no problem there. But the second package, which was marked as delivered around 4 PM, never showed up.
What’s frustrating is that the “proof of delivery” for the second package is literally the exact same photo from the first delivery. You can even see the time and battery percentage at the top of the image, like someone just screenshotted the original delivery photo and reused it.
On top of that, this order was shipped from China, so this was my last chance to get this items before a significant price increase due to tariffs.
I can’t get a hold of a real person to assist me—just an AI bot chat. I submitted a ticket, but I’m not hopeful I’ll get a response considering what I’ve read about other people’s experiences.

I’ve been waiting on a package for 2 weeks now. It was supposed to be delivered the 19th but now has no ETA. There’s no help desk number and no agent to connect to on the website. This dress is for my senior prom and I need it ASAP.

Scam level company
Just like everyone else, my package had been marked as “ attempted delivery” for now a whopping 3 times. The only reason they can’t deliver it is because they aren’t following the instructions that I gave for delivery which is that you have to call to open the gate. Or they could just wait more than 5 minutes for someone to open the gate as it is a high traffic apartment complex. This package was supposed to be delivered on April 16. It’s now April 21. They don’t have a real customer service and here in LA there is no real warehouse to pick up my items. I ordered a dress for Easter which was this Sunday , had a photoshoot planned and everything and never received it. The reviews are horrible for a reason. This company is shameful.

This company is the absolute worse and still be out of business. Their drivers said they attempted delivery and was not able to access the home. Well it’s a house not in gated community so I’m not understanding how you can’t find the house. I’ve have tried for 4 days to speak to someone but that’s impossible. You soak with a robot that can’t help either. I have asked for call back and nothing. Now I think they are sending my package back and I have no idea what else to do. Maybe my next step is the BBB to report them. I’m so frustrated with this company and have spent way too much of my time trying to find a solution to no avail. This company is horrible.

Every time i order something from China…
Every time i order something from China and this is the last mile courier, there is ALWAYS an issue with delivery. It’s SOO frustrating and annoying! One of my packages hasn’t had an update since the 9th! And I’ve emailed them and created multiple tickets with them just for no update on my packages. I honestly don’t know what to do now, so I’m leaving this review to let people know about how horrible this shipping company is.

We ordered Birthday gifts for our grandkids, which have not arrived after several weeks.
The package was out for local delivery (so their system says) on 4/16 but then returned to their Elk Brook facility on the 4/18.
What gives ... The system states it is available for pickup at the facility 5 hours away - what is delivery for if I have to go and pick it up.
Their system does not provide a phone number I can call to get a true update.
When will our package be delivered - as I can't trust the tracking.

This is the laziest POS company ever!! They delivered my package to a different address in a different town! I tried numerous times filing a complaint telling them the picture of the address was not my house/address. How the F can you not read the address on the darn package and just randomly deliver it wherever the F you want?!!! Lazy piece of crap!!

NO REDELIVERY ! TERRIBLE LOGISTICS
Ordered a package from Aliexpress only for them to use speedX as a last mile delivery service. THE WORST ! my package went out for delivery but went back to the distribution center due to invalid address. I contacted them and corrected the address. it has been 3 weeks since then and has not received an update nor has my package been re delivered. Prior to me updating my address, i was added to a group message with 9 others stating that our package was going to be redelivered in 3 days and nothing happen. To make matter worst, i ordered more stuff from Aliexpress after i realized i wasn’t getting this order and speedX actually delivered it. so why is my other package still at the distribution center?

2 weeks later still no package
My package was out for delivery on April 9th, 2025 and then they tried to say I have an invalid address when other delivery services have no problem delivering to my house then my package got back to their Marietta, GA distribution center on April 13, 2025 and said my reschedule delivery date is April 16th, 2025 and it was never sent out for delivery it is now April 20th, 2025 and still no package. And it has things for my daughter in that package

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This is my first time having to rely on them as a courier for a package and for a first impression, they F-ing suck. Had 2 packages that were meant to arrive today from SHEIN, and since they had the same delivery dates, I assumed it would be one big package, but no. They came separately. One was delivered by a different carrier the same day with NO ISSUES AT ALL under the EXACT same address, and yet THIS ONE said my addresses was inaccessible. Absolutely ridiculous. I may as well cancel my order if I ever see that my package is going to be delivered by them ever again

Bad delivery service
I ordered SHEIN my package on the 12th and it was supposed to arrive today but SpeedX claims my address is invalid. That is a complete lie. If I put the exact I put address for my SpeedX delivery on any search engine or google maps it will appear. I have lost hope that I will even get my package and have made complaints to SpeedX, SHEIN, and more. UPS, FedEx, Amazon have NEVER had this issue not even Ontrac either but this is because SpeedX are liars. I have filed complaints to SpeedX, the BBB, Shein, and I find any other way to file complaints I will.
