If I could leave less stars I would. This place is a total joke. They took about $2000 of my money upfront. I got one actual lead that was legit. I showed up to the house and she said she already listed with another agent. Everything else was literally garbage. And they were charging me $200 a month for some odd reason on top of the $2000. Any lead generation place that ask you for money upfront, do not pay them! This place will be out of business within a year or two. Guaranteed! Save your money. DO NOT SIGN UP.

My home selling experience was a real pleasure. The team and my real estate agent Erin in particular were of a great help walking me through the whole process and providing all the details I needed. We got an offer within a few weeks of going live and closed 2 weeks earlier than expected.

From start to finish my selling experience was first class. Alex Monaco is knowledgeable and worked very positively in my interests. Every question I had was answered correctly. Alex is a consummate professional super star of real estate. You too will be quite impressed with his performance.
Most Sincerely,

I signed up a year ago for a 1 year, ONE-time fee zip code sponsor contract. I even brought on my colleague and we both sponsored multiple zip codes. We got a couple leads but none that were actually viable. A lot of them, the people didn’t even live in the houses anymore. This is definitely nothing special or that different from of other lead programs. At the end of our term my colleague and I realized we were being charged monthly. This was never explained during the initial training and we never authorized this charge on our cards. My colleague emailed got a response immediately and was refunded. I did the same and they are refusing to refund me, saying it was the terms I agreed to. Why my colleague got refunded and they are not refunding me, they won’t answer that question. Stay away, not worth your time or money!

Hi Mark,

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience. If you take a look at many of our other reviews, you’ll see that a number of agents are finding real success on our platform and we’ve been proudly serving agents and home sellers for over 7 years, with more activity now than ever before.

Just to clarify a few inaccuracies in your review:

You were not charged $200 per month. You paid a one-time fee of $1,980 for a 12-month Guaranteed Display subscription. This program was designed to boost your visibility in your chosen ZIP codes because your organic rank averaged 34 compared to other agents in those areas. It also waived the referral fee on any deal you closed directly with a consumer.

At the time of your cancellation, you still had 24 active leads in your dashboard, and while some may have chosen other agents, several remain viable if followed up with consistently.

We’re sorry this didn’t work out the way you hoped, but that doesn’t mean the system lacks value, it simply may not have been the right fit for your business at this time. We’ve gone ahead and canceled your subscription and removed you from the network as requested.

We wish you the best moving forward.

I wanted to share my experience with…

I wanted to share my experience with Sold.com’s lead generation service, which, unfortunately, was highly disappointing. After 24 days, I received only one lead, which turned out to be fake—the property had already been listed on the MLS a month prior. Additionally, this lead was categorized as "confirmed," requiring me to pay a 30% compensation fee despite its lack of value.

I was also unable to log in to their portal, further hindering my ability to use the service effectively. To make matters worse, reaching customer support for assistance or resolution was nearly impossible. Getting a response or callback was frustratingly difficult.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sold.com’s lead generation service to other real estate professionals. The poor lead quality and lack of reliable customer support make it an untrustworthy option for those seeking genuine seller leads. Additionally, they refuse to offer refunds, even when the service has not been fully utilized.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your initial experience with SOLD.com hasn’t met your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

We understand that waiting 24 days without seeing the results you hoped for can be frustrating. That said, our lead generation program is designed for long-term success. You purchased a 12-month sponsorship in one zip code, and during onboarding, we provided transparent data on expected volume and recommended sponsoring multiple zip codes to increase your lead flow. Like most marketing efforts in real estate, success takes consistency and time — many agents see meaningful results after a few months of working the system and following up with leads.

Regarding the lead in question: we only mark leads as “confirmed” when a homeowner explicitly requests an appointment with an agent. At the time of the request, the consumer was actively interviewing agents. Also, please note that our referral fee is only applicable if you successfully list and close the transaction — you’re never charged just for receiving a lead.

As for your login issues and difficulty reaching support — that’s not the experience we aim to provide. We’ll be reaching out directly to ensure your portal access is working properly and to provide better support moving forward.

We truly want our agents to succeed and we’re confident that if you continue to engage with the program, follow up on your leads, and give it more time, you’ll see the results other agents have experienced.

Thank you again for your feedback — we’re here to help and look forward to turning this around with you.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this situation.

We did reach out to you on March 6th regarding your request, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. Our goal was to discuss the situation and explain why a refund was not initially approved.

Per our Terms of Use, which were emailed to you at the time of purchase, your subscription automatically renews 12 months from the purchase date and continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled. Additionally, we send a reminder email 21 days before the renewal charge, which in your case was sent on February 4th, but we did not receive a cancellation request from you at that time.

When you reached out about cancelling, your account had already remained active for almost two additional weeks following the renewal. If you had notified us earlier or responded to the reminder email, we absolutely would have worked with you on a resolution, as we do for agents who communicate in a timely manner.

We’re sorry to hear the service wasn’t the right fit for you. Over the course of your time with us, we provided around 40 referrals, and while not all may be ready to transact immediately, they ultimately do. We highly encourage you to stay in touch with those leads, as nurturing them can lead to future opportunities and a return on your investment.

If you have any further questions, we’d be happy to discuss them with you directly. Please feel free to reach out. You can also email us at agentnetwork@sold.com

It was a good sale

It was a good sale. I got some cash out of it. The only sticking point was giving the buyer $1500 back. I haven't yet understood that. Plus my 70" Visio tv plus the fridge plus the washer and dryer.

BUYER BEWARE

The leads they provide are home value seekers who are not motivated sellers and who do not provide their correct contact info. They sell their services to make you believe you will get motivated sellers transferred to you. I was willing to give them a try after their fancy sales pitch thinking I would be able to pay them on a month to month basis and cancel if they were not good, but to my surprise I was told you have to pay for the entire year upfront! So I immediatley asked if there was a refund policy and the representative that I spoke to Tony Mathews said they have a do the right thing policy when I comes to refunds. Never once did he said there was a no refund policy. If I was told there was a no refund policy I would not have signed up! I contacted them multiple times concerning this lie that their rep told me just to sign up and they are refusing to provide a refund. Buyer beware, if a company asks you to pay for an entire year upfront with a no refund policy that means that the qualify of their leads and services is Sh*t! I'm so pissed that I gave them a try and paid $1800 for crappy leads!! Do not trust this company with your money!

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. However, we want to clarify some key points regarding your experience.

When you signed up (about 45 days ago), we set clear expectations about how our service works. Our leads connect real estate agents with homeowners interested in their home value, which is the first step in the selling process. As a real estate professional, success comes from nurturing these relationships over time, establishing trust, and being the go-to agent when the homeowner decides to list.

Our annual term is in place not to lock anyone in, but to ensure that agents have enough time to properly work the leads and see results. We made it clear that this is a long-term strategy, not a quick ROI play in 30-60 days. Many agents who consistently follow up and provide value to homeowners see great success, which is reflected in the many positive reviews from satisfied customers.

Since joining, you have received dozens of verified leads with confirmed contact information. We also noticed that your agent portal does not contain any notes on your outreach efforts. If you have been reaching out, we encourage you to log your activity so our team can better assist you and provide additional guidance to help you succeed.

If you’d like personalized support on lead conversion strategies, we’re happy to help. Please reach out to our team so we can work together toward your success.

This has been a total waste of time and…

This has been a total waste of time and money. I signed up over 2 months ago. My dashboard was NEVER correct. I got 1 "referral" not LEAD. The person did own the property and was in fact a Realtor from another state. Then, today, 2 months later, I get an email that says "your account has not been activated", take the webinar. The SAME webinar I took day 1 after signing up. I called customer service 7 times before I realized it was an AI BOT. Then I called back multiple times saying, human customer service. I would get glitches then disconnected. I FINALLY got a human who said he would send my issue to the cancellation department. I got an email saying my cancellation date was 5 months from now. NO statements of my problem, NO questions abut why I watn to cancel and get a Refund. I am STILL not activated! I have sent an email, for the third time, outlining the issue and never heard back. Put your marketing money ANYPLACE else but here if you want leads and service!

Hi Helen,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that things haven’t gone smoothly for you. We never want any of our agents to feel frustrated or unheard.

I want to address your concerns directly:
• Your dashboard issue was likely due to a mismatch in the email used for your webinar registration and your SOLD.com account. This sometimes prevents automatic activation, but a quick call or email always resolves it.
• Your account has been activated since December, and I can confirm that you’ve spoken with three of our customer service representatives (real people, not bots) in the past 30 days.
• I understand your frustration regarding the referral you received, and I’d love to discuss ways we can ensure you’re getting the best possible value from our platform. Since you just activated, you will be see lots more leads from our service.

To make sure everything is clear and resolved to your satisfaction, I’ve asked a team member to reach out to you directly. You should receive a call shortly.

We appreciate your feedback and your patience, and we’d love the opportunity to turn this experience around for you. Please let us know how we can best support you moving forward.

No Supervisor Available

Lack of support when I called about a billing issue. The representative was unable to connect me to a supervisor as he works from home. He said he would send the supervisor a message. However, no one ever called or reached out to me about the issue. Instead I recieved an email stating the issue was resolved. No follow up phone call from the supervisor I asked to speak with. However, you guys were very quick to call me several times trying to sell me zipcodes.

Hi Waylon - We set up an appointment for you after the client came to SOLD.com exploring their options and you accepted the appointment with the expectation that we would be getting paid a referral fee. Any time we set up an appointment for you, you have the option to decline it (so we can set it up with another agent) or if you do accept and provide documentation of the prior relationship, listing agreement, etc. then we don't pursue collecting a fee. That is why you still were expected to pay a fee (this is also outlined in the referral agreement we have with you and all agents in our network)
