Everything with silksilky went well. Unfortunately, the delivery company was terrible. DHL delivery was terrible and it took an extra week to get my product. I will only order from your company in the future, if you don’t use DHL.

Ordered my husband some underwear for our 12th wedding anniversary as the tradition says gifts for 12 years are silk.

Extremely dissatisfied
Extremely dissatisfied! DO NOT purchase goods from this company! There is non-existent customer service at Silk Silky - they do not respond to emails relating to return requests. This has been flagged up on Trustpilot by other customers. This company appears to be deliberately flouting International Trading Law standards and should be barred from trading.

Scammers
I ordered sheets from Silk Silky and returned them at my own expense, following all their return instructions carefully. I only received half of my refund — the rest simply disappeared.
For over 4 months now, they’ve been replying under different names, repeatedly claiming they’re “checking with the warehouse.” Nothing ever changes. No refund. No resolution.
Bottom line: You’re unlikely to ever see your money again.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. Avoid them at all costs.

Beware of This Company! SCAMMERS
I ordered sheets from Silk Silkyand ended up returning them (at my own expense). Despite following all return instructions, I only received half of my refund. The other half? Gone.
