Great product. Initially I thought the doors were a bit flimsy and would leak. But they do not. I’m very pleased with the Shower Bay shower. Everything functions as advertised. And Russell’s customer service is stellar. I also purchased the shower chair for my loved one who has very limited mobility. My only complaint is with the 1 year warranty-it does not fill me with confidence that the shower will withstand repeated use and have longevity.
Russel was very communicative and informative throughout the shopping and purchasing process. When there was a delivery snafu with the wheelchair, he did all the legwork to track it down and make sure we got it. The shower unit was relatively easy to assemble and is very convenient with it being a complete stand alone shower. It’s so nice to have a bathing option for my dad that did not require remodeling our bathroom. Very pleased with the product and service!

The brakes are also strong and helpful. Mom's ability to move is declining but she is far less limited with this chair.

The indoor shower is a high-quality product...all materials are top-notch. Product arrived well-packed, and was easy to assemble and operate. I could not have asked for more.
Price-wise, a bit expensive, but worth every dollar. I did a good search and there is not a better product short of renovating your house (and that is much more expensive). Again, worth the price.

My mother had a slip on the stairs and broke a hip bone keeping her from getting up the stairs to shower and sponge baths in the half bath downstairs were difficult and just not good enough. Unable to remodel the downstairs bathroom to include a bath and her wanting to be able to remain in her own home I got a Shower Bay and so far it has worked out great, I might even say it’s life changing. It’s so much better and easier for her to bathe and as her caregiver it has been much easier for me as well.
The set up was simple and easy. A small box was missing when it arrived but I contacted Russel at Shower Bay and he shipped it overnight and I had it the next morning, he also sent me an adapter for my bathroom faucet at no charge and everything works great, better than I imagined. Not only was it quick and easy to setup but it’s even easier to connect and disconnect when using it to shower.
After I set it up and before I let my mom use it I tested it out myself and it was fantastic, I think felt even better than my regular shower.
I’m very pleased with it and how it’s improved my mothers life.

Russell made the whole process from beginning to end so smoothe & easy, he is a fantastic facilitator & was very helpful in every way. He gave me tips in the beginning before i even had enough money to buy the shower he pointed me in the right direction to be able to get financial help & when i was ready to purchase everything went so smoothe & quick & ....The shower is perfect! So easy to put up, & get connected and he is readily available to answer any questions i had during the install & even overnight expressed me some adapters that i needed for my sink to attach the hose with. This shower is perfect for my son who is quadriplegic and hasnt been able to shower in a few months due to the bathroom situation at home so we are sooo grateful for this shower i looked and looked all over the internet for anything comparable and i feel like this is the best solution for my sons showering needs it fits in the bedroom.and everytjing is very user friendly. No tools are needed and i couldnt be more pleased. I highly reccomend this shower for anybody who cannot access the shower or tub in your home due to disability

I made a phone call late in the day on a Friday and the office had closed. I left a message and received a call back when they opened on Monday. I thought i needed a new pump and one was sent out to me that day with 2 day delivery. I received promptly and was able to replace it that day. Very helpful and wonderful customer service.

Easy to set up and use. I'm sure I'll learn some tricks making it easier to shower her along the way, but the first time went well. After a month of trying to keep her clean using a washcloth and sponge this was a great change for both of us.

When we needed a shower facility for a wheelchair bound individual we were able to get a shower bay. It has been four years and the shower has been wonderful. We were not able to remodel at that point so the shower bay solved the problem. The service from shower bay has been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone
