We had an excellent experience when working with Dee at Carpet Mart. She was informative and helped us select carpet and luxury vinyl for our basement. Easy ordering and crazy fast delivery. I purchased this rug for my family room seven years ago and was thrilled to find it is still available. We relocated once again, and our new home demands a round rug in the eat in kitchen that is open to the family room. I am beyond happy with the result. Even with the seven year gap in purchase, the rugs are identical in quality and color.

Rug came on time, very good price and quality. No surprises as to pattern or color. I had purchased two other smaller area rugs with the same pattern a couple of years ago but I wanted to size up. I was afraid the new rug wasn't going to be the same quality or color as the ones I had previously purchased but nothing had changed. I am happy with my purchase.

Received a different carpet than what I ordered. I double checked the email to make sure. The picture in my confirmation email does not match what I received in the mail.

Rug is perfect, exactly as shown. Shipping was free, BIG plus for a 9x12 rug. Customer service (a real person, easy to communicate with located in the US) was awesome. Experience was exceptional, start to finish.

This is the first time ordering a rug online. Weather storms made it difficult to get out. I have a large oriental area rug and wanted a smaller 5 by 3 rug for the entrance to the room. I knew manufacturer and color numbers so it made the search process and ordering easy. I was pleased to see that the exact rug was still available. I had a minor snafu with applying for 10% discount but that was corrected with an email and I received a credit. The rug arrived within a week well packaged and exactly what I wanted.
