The process was long but we got it done. My only concern now is the fact that we have not received one piece of paperwork telling us what our account is. We don't know what our remaining balance is, or how much we have left in our Home Equity. I haven't been able to access it on line either.

The devices were returned on Jan. 16, 2025 with delivery conformation on Jan. 22, 2025. However, a charge to my credit card of $129.84 was posted on April 14th. The charges still have not been reversed as of April 21st. If this hasn't been corrected by end of business tomorrow I will file a dispute with the credit card company.

I want to say something about this place let everyone know about some people in the kitchen need to learn manners they have none at all. What would your parents say how to treat new employees. I'm not going to name names but it's sad to be that age and to act like a child. Not willing to help me with any training they expect u to learn in 3 days. Not enough training if u ask me but what do I know. I came from a different field. Your going to deal with it. I have a right to be there just like u do. I'm. Not afraid of anyone. I only listen to my boss no one else. If u are not my boss dont act like one. Thanks I'm not look for drama!either. Can't say that enough cuz ton of people love it.

iT IS A SCAM. Don't waste your time. Their website is deceiving. They are not there for low income seniors or help anyone. They are doing what everybody else is doing, telling you one thing and at the end, is the pricing goes up. Very deceiving.

I have worked at Aegis Living in Dana Point for almost two years now, and the work that we do is so enriching. The loving care that residents receive is unlike anything I've ever seen. The staff truly cares for each loved one as if they were their own. We truly are a family. I have learned so much about end of life care and the uplifting support that's needed to get through some of life's difficult moments.

I would highly recommend Day or Night Care to anyone who needs reliable and compassionate care for a loved one. When we first started working with them, my dad only needed assistance three times per week. As he aged, his needs increased and eventually he needed daily care. As Dad's needs increased, Jessica was so helpful in going the extra mile to provide more help. The caregivers from Day or Night Care became like members of our family. They were so gentle and warm-hearted, and at the same time they were professional and very well trained. When caregivers were with my dad, I always enjoyed a FaceTime call so that I could get updates on how he was doing and observe how they interacted with each other. The compassion and TLC they gave my dad made such a difference in his quality of life. At the same time, they gave us so much peace of mind. I recommend Day or Night Care wholeheartedly. It would be difficult to find better care!
