I absolutely love the bathing suit I bought!! I put it on and omg where did my belly go.. lol definitely ordering another one. Meterial is great very happy with it. Love their shapewear own several and never disappointed. 3 days for shipping so fast. Customer service is awsome..
The return/exchange process is daunting. contacted them back on March 13, 2025, regarding item being too small. I returned the item as of March 28, 2025, for which proof of delivery has been received, to simply exchange for a larger size. To date the exchange has not processed nor has requested exchange taken place as of 4/21/2025. I will be requesting a full refund at this point.
I had shapewear delivered that was opened and had ink or some marking from being exposed during delivery service. So I reached out to the company and sent pictures and they understood my complaint after spending the money on shapewear and they offered to send me out a new one free of charge! Great service and quick to get back to me!
I was highly satisfied with the Inner Armor X Comfy Sculpting Shorts. The size chart is not really accurate and it doesn’t take in consideration short women. According to the size chart I was size 3X, but when I tried it on, the length of the shorts was very long so I ordered a size 2X and this one was a better fit. I was surprised to see how quickly I received my first shipment and the exchanged item! Customer Service was excellent! The only thing I didn’t like was that the new sculpting shorts I received had a small part on the side of the front zipper (about 1 inch) that was unstitched. I ended up sewing it myself. Other than that, the shapewear was perfect.

My last experience needed to be an exchange, but I had no idea how to complete it. I scrolled the website and found that I needed to email them. It was the promptness for me, customer service was great with very explanatory steps. My issue was solved in 2 days. My exchange in the way.

I had to cancel my order bc an item was waiting to be restocked, and there was no communication about that item being out of stock on the site and there was no communication until I cancelled my order. I gave Shapellx a 3 Star because their customer service was good. I wish I was able to review an actual item. I will not order from shapellx in the future bc of that poor communication on the site.
