I completed three Tapjoy offers within 30 minutes of each other, but only received two of the rewards within 1 hour expected timeframe. It took almost 4 days going back-and-forth with offerwall support and submitting the same screenshots three times over accompanied by various explanations in order for someone to finally process my reward. Timelines of crediting of Tapjoy rewards and Offerwall support process for related issues could use much improvement. It would be helpful if offerwall support would thoroughly read through initial supporting documentation that is submitted immediately following their initial request for proof of purchase. If this had happened the first time, I wouldn’t have had to submit the same screenshots three times over and wait almost 4 full days for my earned reward to be credited. Please feel free to review & use my case as a training study to help improve Offerwall support process. Case ID #: 3920889. FYI, I have experienced this same problem at least 50% of time I take advantage of Tapjoy ad offers that require a minimum purchase in order to earn reward. It becomes more frustrating each time I have to go through this process.

As many have experienced, there is a major security problem. Browser profiles seem to have been compromised by the GoLogin team or someone with them, resulting for many in a loss of money, for those for example who advertise on Meta and elsewhere. Initially I was worried that I had done something wrong whereby I was finding unusual access in the profile, but I started seeing all the past reviews of GoLogin that do not look good. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems that in order to “hide” all the bad reviews, GoLogin has requested enough positive reviews (to hide the bad reviews) from some review service or through fake profiles or some other way. GoLogin could deny this but I understand it, it is in the interest of their own business. At least have the courage to admit that you had a security problem or that you were the one who logged into browser profiles and collected browser cookies instead of continuing to lie and hide the evidence.
