John Licaro was amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly in store while giving me some space and available by phone remotely to make the checkout process easy as can be. I randomly stopped in to this location near work one day but I will definitely be back solely because of John.
With the holiday was not informed, would be closed on Monday and on Tuesday, I was informed that the associate was off until Thursday was not informed about that. The representative that got me help with Kelly. Marie was extremely helpful as was Kelly Marie.
My experience with Austin was top notch. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient. We decorated an entire apartment together over the phone. He walked me through choices for bedroom furniture, living room, dining room and rugs. He explained everything about delivery, protection plan and timeline. I will walk into a furnished apartment in Raleigh thanks to the expertise help of Austin Smith.
My sales rep, Paige Buchmeier, did a great job showing my available options to fit my needs. She was professional, friendly and not overbearing. Aside from the fact that I got the furniture I wanted, she made the purchase process super easy. She set up the items in my cart and gave me what I needed to finalize my decision. Kudos!!

We worked with Erika Sandusky. This was the second time we have worked with her. This time I had a mirror and dresser within 10 min. I was not sure of the size fitting. She put dresser in a cart on line for me so I wouldn't have to return to the store. I will always look for her when I am at RTG.
