Like a great QB handing off to a star Running Back going through the line that is protecting him and with a defense on the sidelines to come in and protect the lead with each working in unison. Do you ever wonder why these grown men come together holding hands. Because it is TEAMWORK and each depends on the other. That is exactly what I see Rocket doing on closing a loan. Great job, Rocket!
Our Rocket contact Kenton Glover was super helpful, informative, understanding and patient. I will say that I was not happy with all of the documents that were needed. It was exhausting and seemed really excessive at times. Kenton was the redeeming factor with the whole experience and he is the true earner of the five star rating.
Emily King was wonderful. I contacted Rocket Mortgage and Emily and I played a game of phone tag. We finally got together and she was so kind to me. She helped me all along the way through my tears of frustration to my laughing at myself. I am not electronically savvy. With her encouragement and help we got through the process and was able to close on my birthday. The communication from the company was great and when I needed help there was someone there to help me. The process was easy and efficient.

Great customer service, very quick, efficient and willing to go above and beyond. I did not like that I had to deal with so many representatives though. It was hard to keep track of who was who. I would have preferred to deal with 1-3 people.

Didn’t do 5 stars because some of the process wasn’t explained to me and was unnecessary but Jeremy Sparkman was amazing throughout the whole process and I’d recommend him to everyone!
