When somebody tells you it's canceled on the first order because I was not very impressed, then you turned around your company ordered me another one for $57 and some change took it out of my account and didn't let nobody know. Until I got an alert on my phone that your damn company did it s*** when I told you it was canceled You went ahead and send me another one. People do not get this company they're a fraud they would charge you even after you canceled out!! Also, they got blocked from my account of my bank

My order arrived on time and still frozen solid. Everything I have received in the 3 boxes i have gotten so far has been good quality great tasting fish. There's a new item in this box that I haven't tried yet so I can't rate it.

I have tried several different companies and EveryPlate seems to have fresher vegetables that don't spoil within 48 of receipt, great selection and easy to follow menus. I have found they also use ideas that I can then use later when I am cooking on my own.

The service in the Leicester Square branch was absolutely terrible. We waited ages to be served. The cake was good as usual which is why we went there in the first place. The coffee was absolutely awful and then again we had to wait for a while to pay. They were obviously understaffed as the state of cleanliness in the cafe was totally under par. For a place that sells itself on elegance and high quality, this was a total disappointment! The cakes are still worth it but I would definitely just take away from now on!

I was a little disappointed with this order because the fish appeared to be old and not fresh as all my other orders from you throughout the years. I was so impatient to receive my order but now I’m not certain if I will be placing more orders. The packaging was top notch as always, fish was still frozen. I usually love the freshness of your fish once received even though they are frozen. I don’t know what happened to this order 😭😢

Be aware that you have to sign in Every Week to skip a week or choose meals. Otherwise, they will send you random meals you didn’t order. I forgot once before I went on vacation and they wouldn’t cancel the order which hadn’t been picked up by FedEx yet and no kind of compensation for the meals which will sit on my porch for three weeks. Not very understanding or flexible. Meals aren’t fabulous anyway. Tough meats and watery veggies. I would look elsewhere.

Had Popeyes a few months ago. Order was horrible as chicken was. Didn't get rewards added either. Today ( April 21,2025) ordered a 5 piece signature chicken with 2 sides and 2 biscuits.Ordered a side of ghost pepper sauce and 1 ghost pepper chicken sandwich. The 5 pieces of chicken they gave were LITTLE AND HORRIBLE. Got 2 small wings that had 2'1/2 inch cooked feathers on them. The thigh was very small . Looked like they literally cut the thigh in half and cooked it. Leg was small but ok. DONT GIVE ME 2 WINGS WITH FEATHERS ATTACHED TO THEM WITH NO MEAT! DONT GIVE ME HALF A COOKED THIGH EITHER. THE SAUCE THEY PUT IN A SIDE DISH CONTAINER HAD SAUCE RUNNING DOWN THE OUTSIDE AND MADE A MESS ALL OVER EVERYTHING. THE SECOND TIME I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY REWARDS FOR MY PURCHASE EITHER. GETTING A LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH IS NOT GONNA HELP! WASTED $19.46 TWICE AND WILL JUST NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. STORE LOCATION IS 1200 S. GREENOAKS BLVD, ARLINGTON TEXAS. I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO EAT THERE AND IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR CHICKEN VERY CAREFULLY. THANKS...
