Claim success after much frustration
The experience was mostly good. However the inability to talk to someone was frustrating. We ended up having to get booking.com involved due to lack of communication. We did feel ignored during the claim process. But, in the end, they did come through and pay the claim.

We've waited for over two months for our claim 6CDV-B9GK-INS, and despite sending all the documents requested, they've not said a word or communicated with us. This is unacceptable! We require a proper explanation for this delay and an urgent action for closure of our claim as a matter of urgency!

If I could put 0 STARS I would!!! This company is a fraud. I've filed a claim since about 4 months ago and have got no response whatsoever after providing them with all the information necessary to pay the claim. Hertz on the other hand found it really easy to have me pay for the damages meanwhile. They said it would be easy to pay and get a refund from RentalCover.com. Not the case!!! They can twist a consumers arm to pay up, but when the consumer needs reimbursement, nobody takes accountability!
I've emailed RentalCover at least once a week (if not more) for the last 2 months with no response. This is so frustrating since they DO NOT have a customer service phoneline to call directly. How convenient! People, do not do business with this company. It's a total SCAM!.

CLAIM CASE WITHOUT PROCESSING OR UPDATE?
I already tried to get in touch via email but received no response. I’ll make another attempt tomorrow to see if it gets resolved. I submitted my case last week, but I haven’t received any notification confirming the processing, not even a reference number to track the status. In other words, I have no idea if my case was even processed. I don’t know who else to turn to, especially since there’s no phone number or email available for support.

I would have left 0 stars, HONESTLY! Truly disappointing!! Got the full coverage but only to find out if your rental is in an accident and no fault of yours, you have to pay a Diminshment of value. Insurance compnies dont even charge this!!!!
