My experience was awesome. The 21 days to riches program was and will continue to deliver in creating real estate investors. It was an honor for me to get to know a man like Sherman Ragland who really knows about real estate.

This is my 3rd property tour with the Realinvestors' Life Changing Weekend (LCW). The tour along with the sessions were great. Each time I've learned something new, acquired a different perspective, and/or expanded my vision of the REI possibilities. It is great to see recent student properties on the tour and immensely appreciate Sherman Ragland's vast REI knowledge/experience that he shares. I also appreciated the in-depth analysis/discussion of a current deal (including lessons learned). My only suggestion for future LCW is that time be allotted for a similar in-depth analysis of 1-2 other property/deals (i.e. RAL conversion, bread-and-butter SFH). Thank you, Sherman and the RealInvestors team!

What made my experience great is that Mr. Ragland breaks complex real estate information down into easy to understand specialized knowledge, and he allows students to look over his shoulder (while he’s in the field). No one can say that they didn’t learn how to invest in real estate, if they show up, participate and do the work!

I am so happy I signed for the LCW Property tour. The experience was great, because I got an opportunity to Look over Sherman shoulder to view and compare properties types, neighborhoods and Subdivisions lines. Realinvestors is doing very well in training new real estate investors step by step how to reach their goals. The most important thing is to invest in your education and follow your heart.

I went through the 21 Day Challenge and the information is amazing! I have spent Thousands and Thousands of dollars (and I still have the credit card debt to prove it) paying people who promised to help me build my business. NONE OF THEM HELPED ME!!! I can't get my money back. I paid very little for this 21 day course at Real Investors and it is jam packed with "Useful" "Usable" money making strategies. I plan to take more Realinvestor classes. Thank you Sherman!

This is a hidden gem, really transformative session. You will definitely learn a lot from real case studies, be surrounded by God people, and leave inspired to tackle real estate investing.
