There are scammers on here. I reported it and never received a response. Yet, someone emailed me about using profanity because I was upset that I was scammed.... I haven't received any updates and the scammers profile is still active on the website. Do better! I'm unsubscribing clearly there is no care whatsoever for customers.
The listing was accurate and the seller was fully verified. The communication/message system worked very well too. We traveled nine hours to pick up our precious pup and the transaction process could not have been better! I highly recommend this site.
Honestly I would buy pets from again the sellers are honest about what’s wrong with the dog and its health and the sellers are really nice people I bought a Cavalier and the same day I got the dog I love this dog I will recommend puppies.com to buy dogs again

It's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience with that seller. From your testimonial and the seller response, it appears that you paid a deposit, changed your mind about purchasing, and lost your deposit. The seller's response does state they will be happy to refund your deposit.
The profanity notice you received was about the messages you sent the seller through the website. I'm showing we did respond to you and you viewed our response on April 20th, but did not respond back.
This seller's account has been reviewed, and we have found no fraudulent activity. If you have correspondence showing fraudulent activity you can send that to support@puppies.com for review.

Puppies.com does not knowingly allow puppy mills to advertise on the site. Every seller/breeder goes through an approval process but as stated in our Terms of Service policy, because we are a bulletin board service we are not able to offer any guarantees that the individuals listing on the site are reputable breeders.
We offer Buyer Tips located on every listing to help assist in having a safe transaction and Report/Block buttons to report any suspicious listings.
