The company withdrew more money than was quoted from my daughter's account. She had not had any contact with anyone, zero counseling sessions. There was no phone number to call and talk to anyone. When she reached out through a message, they would only refund 30% of one visit (she had zero visits) and refused to refund the rest. Not a good situation for someone seeking help! I do not recommend this company.
