Picture turned out even better than I’d anticipated, and the recipient was brought to happy, happy tears. The hardest part was choosing an outfit for each of the four people in the picture due to so many fun options, but that just ended up making the result even more enjoyable. Will quite likely do this again for someone else - and maybe their pet, too.
**THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE AND IT LOOKS GREAT**
The customer service was good and the art looks nice. However, they wrapped the art on the frame wrong. They did it vertically instead of horizontally so it cuts off our arms and a lot of the background. Can someone please contact me about this? I'd like a replacement. Thank you.
Great customer service. I requested a few changes to the initial design proof, they made the changes exactly as I asked. Customer service always responded quickly to my questions. The canvas is absolutely amazing! I bought the largest canvas they had because I loved the final art design so much. My husband and I, and our lil furbaby look very true to our real selves. I bought this as a Valentine gift for my husband, he absolutely adored it! Amazing quality and shipped well.
