I like the Maximus product and just want things to go smoothly. TRT+ is effective—test levels up, no crash when transitioning off needle—but Maximus’ support is off mark and confusing.Clinician also difficult. Created #ticket-2101 on Discord (April 21, 2025), DM’d my email to a staff member, couple hours with no reply. Shipments inconsistent and support had no idea what was going to happen, charges inconsistent, clinician ignored my history, goals and attempt to form a plan and answered a question I did not ask as if skimmed. You'd think since he was new and it was his first time talking to me that he would review my history or have some idea what I was talking about but I got the feeling he was in a hurry. A senior clinician and thought out responses tailored to me as a client and patient would be a breath of fresh air. There is only so much time in the day for endless communication. Way too high maintenance. Tiresome. It's time to get things back on the rails now please.

Jordan was more informative than anyone else I have spoken with. I'm forever glad he was on the line to help me. I needed to get the price down on my gap plan I was being priced out. He let me know that you should do a price check for your plan across other insurers similar as in auto insurance. I had no idea. I can't thank him enough. Thanks, Barry
