You walked us through every step and made us feel very comfortable adopting Madison from so far away!! The transportation was very professional and keep us updated almost every step of the way on how Madison was doing along with pictures and where they were in relationship to coming our way with our new little girl . Can not say enough of how comforting everyone was to us to know she was safe and on her way to her new home.
We absolutely love our dog! We absolutely enjoyed the sellers too!

If it wasn't for a trust pilot, I don't think I would have went ahead with the adoption... I was scammed prior to this with someone else, and it was absolutely horrible... I was very leery and looked them up on trust pilot, and they had a great rating. It is the reason why I moved forward with the adoption.

Pawrade needs to make sure that the breeders and vets actually check the dogs before being sent out i received my pup and on his first check up with my vet found out he had mites in his ears and a bunch of black stuff in his ears. Costed me a extra 250 bucks at the vet plus all the supplies i needed to by to make sure my house wasnt full of mites after all the money we already spent Just to get him here. And all you guys wanted to give me was a slap in the face of 50 bucks back. Other then that big issue the experience was good and the pup is good so far.

I have written a review . I was not treated nicely . I have been blocked from purchasing , and I can’t even email or call ?? What the heck kind of a site are you running ?? To block ppl from being able to make a call to have my account closed is RIDICULOUS! I def would not recommend pawrade to anyone . Not cool @ all :(

Sometimes you just know this is the “one”, true! Saw my Frenchie pup and of course continued to research and shop from other sources I kept coming back to named Yoda. Got a little nervous, was having a little problem confirming the connection for the pick up. Left messages with Pawrade but didn’t hear back until I chose the option to purchase a pup. The associate I spoke with jumped right in with my concern and got things going, thank you! I had previously booked a flight a couple of weeks earlier to fly to the breeders state and they graciously agreed to met me at the airport made with Pawrade. They don’t phone you or follow up on those type of things, they text.
It wasn’t until the night before my flight that the breeder phoned me and confirmation was made. It did happen and was a wonderful experience, most people would rather have pup delivered to them but not me, I wanted to experience the trip w/Yoda and meet the breeder, yes it was exhausting but worth it!! Thank you 🤗

I purchased a maltese pup 12 months ago but got a poodle pup. They assured me it was a maltese pup so I have waited 12 months to see my Anne grown up and she most definitely is a poodle. I have a ton of photos of my poodle pup, and my other dog which is a purebred Maltese. I have lots of photos of both of my dogs where it is clear that one is a Maltese which I purchased from Pawrade and my other pup that I got from Pawrade is a poodle. I would love to get the opportunity to submit photos to this review. My vet, my friends and my neighbors know the pup is a poodle. I am going to submit my puppy’s DNA to a lab for confirmation.

Pawrade was amazing to work with. Fast and efficient when contacting me. Left no detail out. They walk you through the process and always asked me if I have more questions in order to help make a transition go smoother. They always gave me updates on my puppy with pictures. When we was being transported to my home, they made sure the carrier kept in contact with us with updates. It was all a very smooth process. They provided me with all the information I could possibly need to make my little boy feel more at home from the start. My puppy is amazingly happy and I chalk it up to being so well prepared due to the lists and help Pawrade has provided. 10/10 would recommend.

Pawrade was excellent in providing a method for us to easily find a puppy. They were incredibly responsive with answering our questions and forwarding our requests to the breeder prior to purchase. For example, we had specific inquiries about the puppy's health and temperament, and Pawrade promptly provided answers and reassurances.
The puppy was delivered to us using their transportation concierge, Express Puppies. We were delighted by the timeliness and care during transportation. The puppy arrived clean, happy, and well cared for.
The follow-up afterward to ensure the puppy is receiving consistent and continuing care was wonderful. We received valuable support and advice, making sure our new puppy was settling in well.
I would work with Pawrade again without hesitation and recommend their services to anyone looking for a new puppy.
