I have tried multiple other loan refinance companies in an attempt to consolidate and/or refinance my student loans. They always seemed to find a reason to decline my application. When I found Panacea, I had doubts initially. They quickly dissipated after working with my primary care banker Raquel. She made this process smooth and easy. I am so glad I made the decision to go with this group. I am looking forward to having just one monthly payment with one (lower) interest rate.

I opened a high yield savings account and a checking account. I'm not a doctor or medical student but these accounts are available to everyone. I'm amazed by the account features and benefits. Unlike any other online bank I've found, you're actually given a personal banker to be your primary contact. That's simply amazing.
Alex helped me set up both accounts flawlessly. He was very professional, responsive and friendly. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel like a valued client instead of just another number at a congested call center.
Worked with Parker for a physician resident loan. Honestly the whole process was much less complicated than expected. Everything was done online and start to finish took just a couple of days. After being approved money was deposited into my bank account in less than 24 hours. Will probably continue to work with Panacea for future loans.
I was doubtful that any bank would give me a loan, but Panacea not only approved me but at a very reasonable interest rate, much lower than any credit card I have. The interest only payments during residency are an added bonus! The application was easy, the concierge desk and banker, Parker Beller made the whole process painless! Highly recommend!!!!

James Burnett made it easy for me to understand what I was getting into. I knew there were monthhly payments but I had forgotten to ask how much the monthly payments were so I got a little surprised but the monthly payments seemed reasonable in all honesty.

Excellent legal advise, contract review, and contract negotiations.
From the start, attorney Jillian Vesta was diligent, reviewing my contract and asking questions related to my own perspective and understanding of the same. She answered all my questions. That made me feel that I was in good hands, and no longer felt uneasy. Work contracts need to be evaluated, and many times negotiated. The help of an experienced layer like attorney Vesta, in understanding all aspects of the same, and negotiating, is a must.

What made the experience great…
What made the experience great was definitely the ease of use of the application. But mostly the Panacea representative that helped me with emails on staying in touch through secure text messaging and phone calls throughout the application process. Ms Sara Novak was very professional, sincere, concise and her attention to details was incredible. I would command her for her patience and help.

Would not recommend this company.
I am very disappointed with this company. I expected more support as a struggling resident since this company caters to physicians. Other companies grant loan deferrals while in medical residency but this one does not. Even after repeatedly showing proof of my finances they were unwilling to work with me in my budget or grant a deferral of even 1 year. I will not be using them in the future and would advise other residents to seek other financial options.
